電液伺服萬能材料試驗機閉環軟件系統的測量原理
AutoCTS-550屏顯式全數(shu)字多(duo)(duo)通道閉(bi)環(huan)測(ce)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)采用工(gong)控(kong)總線捅槽結(jie)構,每個(ge)功能模(mo)塊自成體系(xi)(xi),獨自擁有40M主頻的CPU,在(zai)一(yi)套(tao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)多(duo)(duo)個(ge)CPU(在(zai)一(yi)套(tao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)至(zhi)少4個(ge))并行(xing)協同(tong)工(gong)作(zuo),實現(xian)了真正意義上(shang)的多(duo)(duo)任務并行(xing)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo),以往(wang)單CPU系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)種(zhong)是靠外部(bu)事(shi)件中斷方式循環(huan)處(chu)理(li)任務,另一(yi)種(zhong)是定時(shi)(shi)器中斷方式處(chu)理(li)多(duo)(duo)任務,后一(yi)種(zhong)也是現(xian)在(zai)Win-dows所采用的多(duo)(duo)任務工(gong)作(zuo)方式,這兩種(zhong)方式都無法對(dui)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)發(fa)生的事(shi)件并行(xing)處(chu)理(li),對(dui)工(gong)業(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)過程(cheng)的待處(chu)理(li)量無法做到實時(shi)(shi)響(xiang)應。AutoCTS-550屏顯式全數(shu)字多(duo)(duo)通道閉(bi)環(huan)測(ce)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)正是針對(dui)這點做了專門(men)的設計,它采用多(duo)(duo)個(ge)CPU對(dui)不同(tong)的工(gong)程(cheng)量同(tong)時(shi)(shi)處(chu)理(li),比傳統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)單CPU系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)有更(geng)快的數(shu)據處(chu)理(li)速度,效率(lv)提升600%以上(shang)。
由于CTS-550屏顯式全(quan)數(shu)字多通道閉環測(ce)控系(xi)(xi)統采用(yong)了(le)傳感器(qi)修正(zheng)數(shu)據的插(cha)頭分離技術(shu),使得在一個(ge)(ge)A/D板上(shang)可以擴展無限個(ge)(ge)傳感器(qi),另一方面(mian),借助于系(xi)(xi)統的PnP(即(ji)插(cha)即(ji)用(yong))技術(shu),可在一個(ge)(ge)系(xi)(xi)統內連(lian)接(jie)至少5個(ge)(ge)A/D板,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)拓(tuo)展了(le)系(xi)(xi)統對(dui)各(ge)種應用(yong)場合的適用(yong)性。系(xi)(xi)統工作原理見下圖(tu)。
CTS-550屏(ping)顯式全(quan)數(shu)字多(duo)通道閉環測控系統配置了(le)負荷測量單元(yuan),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)超低(di)噪聲、高精(jing)(jing)度(du)、低(di)漂移的采(cai)(cai)集卡(ka),配置選用(yong)高精(jing)(jing)度(du)負荷傳感器(qi)后能(neng)夠全(quan)程范(fan)圍內(nei)不分量程,分辨力達(da)到±500000碼,確(que)保(bao)在整(zheng)個測量范(fan)圍內(nei)示值準確(que)度(du)及極高的控制精(jing)(jing)度(du),由于該采(cai)(cai)集卡(ka)具有(you)傳感器(qi)自動識別(bie)功能(neng),所以單一的采(cai)(cai)集卡(ka)同(tong)時可(ke)(ke)配置多(duo)個負荷傳感器(qi),也(ye)可(ke)(ke)以配置多(duo)個采(cai)(cai)集卡(ka)。
CTS-550屏顯式全數字多通道閉環測控系統的變形測量單元(見下圖),小變形測量單元由高精度、低漂移、高分辨率的采集卡配以應變式電子引伸計,全程范圍內不分量程,分辨率可達±500000碼,以確保示值的準確度和試樣特性曲線的連續性,由于該采集卡具有傳感器自動識別功能,所以單一的采集卡同時可配置多個不同規格的電子引伸計,滿足不同試樣對標距及變形量的要求,若配置兩個采集卡可實現準確測量彈性模量、金屬薄板的n值和r值等需要雙引伸計測量的要求。
CTS-550屏(ping)顯式(shi)全數(shu)字多通道閉環測控系統的位(wei)移測量單(dan)元采用日本(ben)高精(jing)度光(guang)電編(bian)碼器聯接于(yu)絲杠端頭(tou)實現,可(ke)準確測量十字頭(tou)的位(wei)移,亦(yi)可(ke)用于(yu)夾具間試樣(yang)變(bian)形的測量,分辨力最高可(ke)達0.00001mm,從而(er)保證(zheng)極(ji)高的控制精(jing)度。
